It’s time for another easy holiday decor project! I’m working on a nature-inspired tablescape for Thanksgiving and these place card holders were picked up right from the ground at the park.
I dabbed a little bit of glue on about half of the “leaves” (what are those little parts that stick out called?) and then added glass glitter*. You could easily use regular glitter, but once I tried out glass glitter, I use it for all of my home decor type projects. My kids and the 6th graders can use the regular (cheap) glitter.
All I did for the name cards was peel the outside layer off a piece of cardboard, and then cut a scalloped circle in decorative card stock.
I scattered my gold and glittered acorns on the table, and added a few more glittered pine cones in a ironstone vase.
